Project Scope:
For this project the goal was to keep the main package clean and simple and clutter free.Due to the constraint of news print the package was designed around other relevant news that needed to be printed.
Having photos of the destruction and aftermath of Beulah the clean and simple design made for a nice contrast and is symbolic of the, "calm after the storm" phrase.
The package was an entry point to a doubletruck layout that featured various vignettes of people who witnessed Hurricane Beulah.
