Project Scope:
This was a layout design for a photo essay produced by Brownsville Herald photographer, G. Daniel Lopez. The essay aimed to bring awareness over the Mexico Border Fence and its impact on local wildlife. Daniel shot stunning photographs of the local landscape, editor, and photographer. I determined that it would be best to let the photographs tell the story.

Taking this approach I kept the layout as clean and simple as possible, strategically placing Daniel's photographs and copy in a way that would make a balanced design of content and photos.
